RL units, for installation in air handling units , combine the best design features of UVC lamps in an attractive package, suitable for sterilizing cooling elements from germs, offering the greatest flexibility with the lowest possible cost.

Lamps are sized to comply with ASHRAE 2016 guidelines for an emission of at least 100 microwatts/cm² at the farthest point of the cooling element and condensate pan and for an output of 70 watts per square meter of surface area of ​​the element to be irradiated.

CHARACTERISTICS

• 3 models with 3 different lamp lengths, to cover a wider range of air conditioning unit applications.
• 15 mm diameter lamps, 12,000 hours life.
• Each lamp is delivered with 2 stainless steel clips, 5 meter long cable with suitable terminal and silicone plugs, SILICON PLUG LUV with TUV IP65 certification, to protect the connection terminals of the lamps from possible moisture.
• Control Box with LED light indicators of lamp operation and ON / OFF switch (to turn off the power in case of maintenance of the lamps or for emergency access to the air handling unit).
• Durable panel frame, made of heavy duty galvanized sheet metal, powder coated.
• Each control panel is assembled according to the number of lamps required in each application.
• Easy installation of the control panel outside the AHU, either on its casing or in another part of the room (depending on the requirements and the available length of the cable).
